Arrival Information - Kouvola security

The City of Kouvola is the organizer of the Security Conference. The conference is arranged in cooperation with Miltton Oy.

Address: Torikatu 10, Kouvola. Participants may park in the City Hall parking garage, which can be accessed from Torikatu next to Entrance H.

At the same time, the public event “Authorities on Manski” will be taking place, resulting in temporary traffic arrangements in the city centre. Drivers are advised to approach the venue via Kauppamiehenkatu (see PDF map).

Entrance to City Hall is through Entrance E, located at the upper level of the main staircase. The registration desk is located in the entrance lobby.

Accessible access to the second floor is available via the elevator at Entrance F. If you require elevator access, please inform the caretaker in advance at +358 20 615 8265. Entrance F is located at street level on the right-hand side of the main staircase.
